April Miller-Hughes is an IFTA (Interactive Fitness Trainers of America) Certified Personal Trainer and IFTA Fierce Four Wellness Nutrition Coach. She also is a NETA (National Exercise Training Association) certified Group Fitness Instructor (Group X) and Silver Fitness. She also holds certifications in Group Strength, Group Strength II,

She has a firm understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body and what it needs to achieve your goals. With April's upbeat attitude and persistent drive to achieve success, she focuses on designing personalized workouts pertaining to her client's basic needs and group fitness. She believes that mastering the basic skills will allow you to learn and execute advanced exercises more safely and effectively. April believes and stands by the quote, " A Healthy Mind creates A Healthy Body”, for your body reflects your LIFESTYLE.
